Job Description:

A company is looking for a Billing Coordinator to ensure accurate and efficient invoicing services while providing excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities

Invoice customers and independent contractors accurately and timely
Review and process Independent Contractor invoices, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance Team
Maintain accurate records and evaluate current processes for consistency and best practices


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience in billing processes
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Minimum of 3-5 years of proficiency in computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of interpreting and translation services is a plus
Experience with AP/AR reconciliation is a plus
