Business Analyst - Talent Management

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Talent Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document requirements and business processes from clients
Support the design, development, testing, and launch of software products and custom applications
Create client-facing test documentation and test scripts

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role with enterprise software applications
Experience in the design, development, and implementation of software applications
Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects
Knowledge of Talent and HR-based software or custom software development projects is a plus
