Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to join
their Strategic Partner Management Team within the Customer Success
division.
Key Responsibilities
Project manage payer onboarding and ongoing feature development
Drive network enablement, adoption, and performance of service
components
Identify and implement product/process improvement opportunities
through analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
2+ years of experience in technical project management or
relationship management in a healthcare IT environment
2-4 years of experience working with stakeholders across
cross-functional groups
Proven success managing complex, business-critical programs
Agile experience preferred; PMP certification preferred
