the place you want to be!The Director of Ethics & Compliance
reports to the General Counsel and will play a key role in the
implementation and operation of a robust and effective corporate
and operational compliance program, employing the essential
elements of an effective compliance program and fostering a culture
of compliance.Responsibilities
- Provide compliance guidance on a variety of risk areas,
including third-party risk, supply chain, data privacy,
anti-corruption/anti-bribery, anti-fraud, and antitrust.
- As a working leader, facilitate the build-out of an operational
compliance program based on a management approved plan, including
through the identification of operational compliance issues.
- Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring activities in
coordination with the organization's legal and operational
functions.
- Perform investigations of potential non-compliance and work
with the legal function to formally document and communicate the
investigation process, findings, and recommended resolutions.
- Serve as data privacy resource to the company.
- Initiate, lead, implement, and track progress of continuous
improvement activities.
- Develop, implement, and oversee compliance guidelines,
policies, and procedures.
- Review, revise, and update existing compliance guidance,
policies, and procedures.
- Design and deliver compliance training at all levels of the
organization.
- Monitor, track, and report on operational compliance with
various consent decrees, settlement agreements, etc.
- Oversee the company's internal ethics hotline. Work with the HR
and Legal teams to investigate and respond to internal ethic
hotline cases.
- Prepare periodic reporting on the company's operational and
corporate compliance, including reports on ethics hotline
activities and outcomes.
- Work with the legal team and third-party vendors to conduct and
report on vendor compliance-related risk assessments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, &

- Excellent listening and communicating skills; the ability to
express technical information clearly and concisely in both oral
and written form that is understandable by the intended audience;
clearly articulate compliance requirements to a non-compliance
audience.
- Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to interact
effectively across functions at all levels.QualificationsMinimum
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 10+ years of progressive experience in a compliance,
regulatory, legal, or internal audit function or similar role
implementing and managing company-wide compliance program functions
or programs in a regulated environmentPreferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in related field.
- At least one relevant professional certification - Certified
Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification, Certified
Internal Auditor (CIA), Privacy certification (CIPP or CIPM).
- Knowledge of and experience in providing compliance guidance on
U.S. state data privacy laws. GDPR considered a plus.
- International compliance experience.
- Experience in data protection/security,
anti-corruption/anti-bribery, third-party risk management, supply
chain compliance, mergers & acquisition
- Experience in conducting and managing internal
investigationsPhysical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and
fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office
equipment.
