Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead
a team of software/data engineers in healthcare data integration
and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow engineering resources while fostering a
collaborative work environment
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering
projects, ensuring timely completion within budget
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, such
as HIPAA, in all data engineering activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related
field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in software/data engineering, particularly in
healthcare data, with previous leadership experience preferred
3+ years of experience in designing solutions and strategic
planning
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and .NET
full stack development
Experience with healthcare systems and regulations, including
FHIR/HL7 and EMR/EHR
