Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for a remote
Telehealth/Virtual position in Iowa.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and gather medical, psychosocial, and financial
data from patients and healthcare providers
Collaborate with physicians to resolve patient concerns and
facilitate discharge planning
Participate in department operations and contribute to process
improvement and team objectives
Required Qualifications
Completion of a Registered Nurse program; BSN preferred
Three or more years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital
setting
Experience with Epic and/or Cerner is required
Must hold a valid RN unrestricted license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
