Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Certified Medical Assistant -
Enrollment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with potential CCM and RPM patients and conduct
initial assessments for eligibility
Educate patients and families on the benefits of CCM/RPM programs
and assist with the enrollment process
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and ensure
compliance with regulations and standards
Qualifications:
National Certification in Medical Assisting
Basic knowledge of chronic health conditions and their
management
Comfortable using technology for documentation and
communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
