Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prepared Foods Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen area.Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and Cleaning. Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
• Kitchen Maintenance. Maintain the cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Support Kitchen Operations. Assist with kitchen deliveries, including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Team Player. Arrive to work on time, be appropriately groomed, and work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
• Customer Service. Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs in a timely and effective manner, and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Inventory Management. Maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Adhere to Safety Standards. Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.Requirements
  • Physical Demands. Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and work in wet and dry conditions.
  • Communication Skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Adaptability.
