Join our Design and Customer Experience (DCE) team as a User
Experience (UX) Designer for our Consumer Bank team. Collaborate
with various teams to create delightful customer experiences, shape
our product's strategic direction, and design high-quality
prototypes for our web and mobile app. If you're passionate about

As a Senior User Experience Designer in our Design and Customer
Experience team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with
various cross-functional partners to create delightful products and
experiences for our customers. You will play a key role in shaping
the strategic direction of our products and will be hands-on in
creating prototypes and high-fidelity designs for our web and
mobile app. If you are passionate about design and love creating
simple, customer-centric solutions to complex problems, we would
love to hear from you.Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (including Product,
Research, Content, Tech) and create solutions that align with user
needs and business goals.
- Get hands-on designing end-to-end experiences and UX artifacts
leveraging user insights/research to inform your work.
- Participate in research activities such as user interviews,
surveys, focus groups, usability studies, etc.
- Create UX artifacts for web, mobile, and omnichannel
experiences (e.g., journey maps, conceptual models, user flows,
wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes), working in close partnership
with content designers and UX researchers.
- Develop and sustain effective cooperative working relationships
with teammates, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Create presentations and share work, providing rationale for
design choices.Required Qualifications, Capabilities And
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- 3+ years of professional experience designing and delivering
customer-facing products and experiences for web and mobile
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
- Strong understanding of design best practices
- Experience working with cross-functional teams through
discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and enablement using
Design Thinking and Agile best practices
- Experience managing priorities and delivering design work
within expected timeframesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities
And Skills
- Understanding of Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design
practices.
- Experience designing for large scale, omnichannel products and
services.
- Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint and/or
