Location: Dallas, TXShift: 1st ShiftWork model: On-SiteSchedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmJob overview: Schneider is seeking an Operations Intern in Fort Worth-Dallas to provide support to Schneider's operations team. The Operations Intern will solve problems as they arise and complete administrative processes, while gaining transportation experience. Responsibilities:

• Work with various systems and programs.
• Work with a variety of teams, including customer service, safety and equipment maintenance.
• Respond to driver phone calls and messages.
• Resolve customer and equipment issues. Internship-specific opportunities:
  • Networking events with Schneider associates.
  • Professional skills trainings led by Schneider leaders.
  • Business resource groups meetings and events.
  • Volunteer activities.
  • After-work social gatherings. Skills and qualifications:
    • Currently enrolled at a college or university.
    • Working toward an associate or bachelor's degree.
    • 1 year of previous work experience.
    • Able to work full-time over the summer.
